Attention Parents and Students!!!!!
Please remember that the evaluations are a very important part of the year. Make sure to have your child arrive on time with the proper uniform. All tights, shoes and leotards must be clean and fairly new. Shoes should be worn prior to the day of the exam in order to properly break them in. All strings in the ballet shoes should be pulled, tied and cut to a one inch length and they should be tucked in. The hair should be properly picked up with hair spray and gel. NO Bangs!! All buns should be tightened with many hairpins and a hairnet. Flowers should be worn around the bun for the ballet exam. No scrunchies!!! Please arrive early so that your child can receive her number and be prepared to begin on time. ANY STUDENTS ARRIVING LATE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE EXAM. THERE WILL BE NO MAKE UP EXAM FOR THAT STUDENT. No jewelry or nail polish is allowed for the exams. Jazz girls need to wear the ADC leotard and plain black pants with black shoes. Flamenco girls should wear the ADC leotard and a black skirt and black shoes. Neatness is part of the evaluation grade.
Thank you for your cooperation!!
Good Luck to All!!!
